According to test results I should have been hearing fairly well. Instead, I was tentative, frustrated and mentally discouraged. Antoinette provided strategies, practice and encouragement. She helped my family understand my disability and the role they needed to play in order for all of us to get to a better place. Antoinette’s intervention and coaching have been life changing.
